JI chief demands ECP to withdraw Karachi mayor notification



ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer Sirajul Haq has requested the Political race Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to pull out the notice gave for the fruitful Karachi city chairman, ARY News wrote about Friday.

While tending to a dissent before the ECP Islamabad office, JI Ameer Sirajul Haq said that the political race commission has committed unfairness with the Jamaat-e-Islami in the Karachi city hall leader decisions.

Reprimanding the commission, he said that everybody was amazed in the wake of seeing the loss of the people who got 900,000 votes and the triumph of 300,000 votes. He added that the ideological group having the help of 153 individuals was pronounced triumphant over the ideological group having the help of 193 individuals.
